胃癌是我国最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,具有较高的死亡率,手术仍然是根治胃癌的唯一手段。近年来,腹腔镜已经成为胃癌手术治疗的重要方法。随着技术的发展,3D腹腔镜系统逐渐开始广泛应用,其提供的立体视野有助于胃周血管的辨识和淋巴结的清扫,方便手术操作,降低手术难度,缩短腹腔镜胃癌根治术的学习曲线。本文就3D腹腔镜在远端胃癌根治性淋巴结清扫的价值作一综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumor in our country with relatively high mortality, and operation is still the only way to cure it. In recent years, laparoscopy plays an important role in treating gastric cancer. With the technology development, 3D laparoscopy has been widely used. The 3D vision is in favor of identifying lymph nodes and blood vessels around the stomach, making operation convenient, reducing the difficulty of operation and shorting the learning curve of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. This article reviewed the application value of 3D laparoscopy for radical lymphadenectomy in distal gastric cancer.
