Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and self aesthetic effects of different breast reconstruction methods on postoperative breast cancer patients.
Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,we retrospectively analyzed 160 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients receiving breast reconstruction in our hospital were included in the study. According to the different methods of breast reconstruction, they were divided into one-stage group of 77 cases and two-stage group of 83 cases. The one-stage method was followed by immediate breast prosthesis construction, while the two-step method was followed by expander prosthesis reconstruction. Spss 20.0 statistical software was used for for statistical analysis.Self esteem score and other measurement data are expressed as(
±
s),the independent sample t test was used for the comparison between groups; The data of surgical complications were compared between groups by
χ2 test and Wilconxon rank sum test were used in self aesthetic satisfaction survey.
P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.
Results The incidence of bleeding and wound flap necrosis in the one-stage group was higher than that in the two-stage group(P < 0.05).The overall satisfaction of self-aesthetics in the two-stage group was significantly higher than that in the one-stage group(P < 0.05). The scores of self-esteem in the two-stage group were higher than those in the one-stage group(all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of infection, nipple areola necrosis and implant removal between the two groups(P > 0.05).
Conclusion In the process of implant breast reconstruction,two-stage method has higher appearance satisfaction and lower risk of complications than one-stage method. It can significantly improve patients' self-aesthetics and self-esteem,which is worthy of clinical application.
