Abstract:

Pancreaticoduodenectomy is the preferred treatment for patients with resectable pancreatic cancer, but its operation is complicated and has many complications, which affects the prognosis of patients. In recent years, domestic and foreign studies have explored the prediction of postoperative complications and prognosis of patients with resectable pancreatic cancer, and the studies on nutrition and inflammation markers are relatively concentrated. Nutrition and inflammation can affect the postoperative complications and prognosis of patients by affecting the preoperative nutritional status and tumor microenvironment. In this paper, the relevant literature at home and abroad is searched and analyzed to get a summary, in order to provide references for clinical workers.

Key words: Pancreatic Neoplasms, Pancreatoduodenectomy, Nutrition and Inflammatory Markers, Postoperative Complications, Prognosis
