Research progress of endoscopic OTSC system in the treatment of anastomotic leakage (fistula) after gastric surgery

Abstract:

With the development of minimally invasive technology, compared with traditional surgery, endoscopic treatment of postoperative complications has advantages in terms of therapeutic effect and complications, which has been widely used in clinical. In recent years, endoscopic OTSC system has had mature experience in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding, the repair of perforation and fistula. And it has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of complications after gastric surgery, which has gradually been accepted by surgeons. This paper reviews the efficacy and safety of OTSC system in the treatment of anastomotic leakage (fistula) after gastric operation and provides some references for clinical application.
