Abstract:

In recent years, with the development of the concept of precision surgery, fluorescence angiographyimaging technology has been widely usedmore and more applied in clinical practice. NeverthnessHowever, most of the clinically used contrast agents are not specific to tumors have problems such as tumor targeting insufficient, which is not conducive to the diagnosis of tumorsfavorable to cancer detecting. So it is of great significance to develop tumor targeting contrast agents. This paper will review the application progress of CEA-targeting fluorescent antibody SGM-101 in colorectal surgery.
