随着腹腔镜肝切除技术的发展,腹腔镜解剖性肝切除在肝脏肿瘤的治疗中得到了越来越多的应用,也得到了越来越多的循证医学证据,由于解剖性肝切除的技术难度更高,面临的困难和问题也更多,本文结合文献和个人经验,对腹腔镜解剖性肝切除的定义、手术必要性、外科解剖学基础、实施要点等问题进行论述与讨论。

With the development of laparoscopic Liver Resections technology, laparoscopic Anatomic Liver Resections has been applied more and more in the treatment of liver tumors, and more and more evidence-based medical evidence has been obtained. Due to the higher technical difficulty and more difficulties and problems faced by Anatomic Liver Resections, this paper combined with literature and personal experience, The definition of laparoscopic Anatomic Liver Resections, the necessity of operation, the basis of surgical anatomy and the key points of implementation are discussed and discussed.
