减重代谢手术治疗肥胖症及其相关代谢性疾病的疗效已经获得广泛认可,而腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(LSG)是目前开展最为普遍的减重手术方式,相较于其他手术方式具有更加广阔的应用前景,但随着此手术的广泛开展,其术后并发症发生率也在不断上升。针对不同的并发症,处置策略也自然不同。本文章通过复习国内外关于LSG术后并发症的相关文献,对腹腔镜胃袖状切除术后并发症的处理策略作出详细综述,为减重代谢外科医师提供一定借鉴。

The efficacy of metabolic surgery for weight loss in the treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases has been widely recognized, and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is the most common surgical method for weight loss at present, which has a broader application prospect compared with other surgical methods. However, with the widespread development of this surgery, the incidence of postoperative complications is also increasing. For different complications, treatment strategies are naturally different. This article reviewed the relevant literature on LSG postoperative complications at home and abroad, and made a detailed review on the management strategies of complications after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, which provided certain reference for weight loss metabolic surgeons.
