腹腔镜手术是一种不断成熟和蓬勃发展的微创技术，具有创伤小、效果好、恢复快等优点，已在胃癌(GC)的手术治疗中得到广泛应用。近年来，胃上部肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，腹腔镜全胃切除术(LTG)的数量也随之增加，然而，LTG术后的消化道重建仍然面临一些挑战。笔者结合团队的临床经验，通过总结LTG术后消化道重建的最新国际研究成果，系统阐述LTG术后不同消化道重建技术的优劣，为手术方式的选择提供参考。

Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive technique, which has the advantages of less trauma, good effect and fast recovery, and has been widely used in the surgical treatment of gastric cancer (GC). In recent years, the incidence of upper gastric tumors has been increasing year by year, and the number of laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG) has also increased. However, gastrointestinal reconstruction after LTG still faces some challenges. Combined with the clinical experience of the team, the author summarized the latest international research results of digestive tract reconstruction after LTG, systematically expounded the advantages and disadvantages of different digestive tract reconstruction techniques, and provided references for the selection of surgical methods.
