近年来胃上部癌的发病率逐渐增高,全胃切除的比例也随之上升。腹腔镜手术因其微创、操作精细等优势在胃癌中的应用逐渐普及。在腹腔镜全胃切除发展的过程中,随着相关临床试验的开展,该术式的规范化建设也逐步提高。本文就目前腹腔镜全胃切除已达成的共识及规范化建设作一述评,以期阐释本领域的新动态,同时为加快腹腔镜全胃切除规范化建设提供新思路。

With the rising incidence of upper gastric cancer in recent years, a growing number of total gastrectomies were performed. Due to the minimal invasive and precise features, the application of laparoscopic total gastrectomy was gradually promoted. The emerging of the clinical trials facilitated the standardization of this procedure. With up-to-date consensus reviewed and several controversial issues discussed, this article aims to shed light on the standardization regarding laparoscopic total gastrectomy.
