目的

探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后经肛门放置新型吻合口减压引流装置对预防吻合口漏的临床效果。

方法

回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年12月77例接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料。经肛门放置新型吻合口减压引流装置的34例患者为观察组,未留置该装置的43例患者为对照组。采用SPSS 22.0软件对临床数据进行统计学分析,两组术前血清白蛋白水平、术后排气时间及术后住院时间等计量资料以(

xˉ
±s)表示,采用独立样本t检验;术后吻合口漏发生率等计数资料比较采用χ2检验。P<0.05时为差异有统计学意义。

结果

观察组患者的吻合口漏的发生率较对照组低[2.9%(1/34)vs.18.6%(8/43),P=0.034],术后排气较早[(3.5±1.4)d vs.(4.4±1.9)d,P=0.012];两组患者术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.393)。

结论

腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后经肛门留置新型吻合口减压引流装置可有效减少吻合口漏的发生。

Objective

To investigate the clinical effect of placing a new type of anastomotic decompression and drainage device through the anus to prevent anastomotic leakage after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.

Methods

Clinical data of 77 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer from May 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The observation group included 34 patients with a new type of anastomotic decompression and drainage device placed through the anus,and the control group included 43 patients without the device. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the clinical data. The measurement data of preoperative serum albumin level,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay of the two groups were expressed as(

±s),and independent sample t test was used. Statistical data such as the incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage were compared using χ2 test. When P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.

Results

The incidence of anastomotic leakage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[2.9%(1/34)vs. 18.6%(8/43),P=0.034],and the postoperative exhaust was earlier[(3.5±1.4)d vs.(4.4±1.9)d,P=0.012]. There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P=0.393).

Conclusion

After laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,a new type of anastomotic decompression and drainage device can effectively reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage.
