自1985年Stockdale等首次报道了腹腔镜手术后穿刺孔种植转移,此后关于腹腔镜手术后穿刺孔种植转移的报道逐渐增多。随着腹腔镜胃癌手术的适应证逐渐扩展到进展期胃癌D2根治术,其术后穿刺孔种植转移的发病率有呈上升的趋势。尽管总体发病率非常低,国内外相关报道亦比较少,但是仍需要引起临床医生的重视。本文综合分析了近年来国内外相关文献报道,对腹腔镜胃癌手术后穿刺孔种植转移的研究进展进行综述。

Since the first report of port site metastases after laparoscopic surgery in 1985, there have been accumulated clinical reports in recent 30 year. With the extension of indications of laparoscopic D2 gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer, there were an trend of increasing incidence of postoperative port site metastases. Although the overall incidence remained very low and there were still a few relevant reports at domestic and abroad, to which clinicians should pay more attention. In this paper, the research progress of port site metastases after laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer was reviewed based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years.
