腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术已成为治疗局部进展期右半结肠癌的首选方式,然而该术式的清扫范围、手术入路、相关血管辨识及处理等问题仍是讨论的热点。在确保手术安全性及疗效的基础上开展相关的高质量临床研究,是探寻及完善个体化手术,提高总体诊疗水平的必要前提。

Laparoscopic radical resection of right colon cancer has been the preferred treatment for locally advanced right colon cancer. However, the scope of lymph nodes dissection, surgical approach, identification and surgical management of related blood vessels are still hot topics. High-quality clinical research should be performed on the basis of safety and efficacy of the surgery, so as to develop the individualized surgery and to improve the overall level of diagnosis and treatment.
