Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the efficacy and complications of three surgical treatments on stage Ⅱ gallbladder carcinoma.

Methods

156 patients with Ⅱ stage gallbladder cancer from January 2007 to December 2014 were retrospectivly analyzed and they were divided into three groups, 52 cases in each group. Group A was given laparoscopic cholecystectomy, lymph node dissection and radiofrequency ablation. Group B was given open cholecystectomy, lymph node dissection and radiofrequency ablation, and group C was given open cholecystectomy, lymph node dissection and partial hepatectomy. The curative effect and complications of each group were observed. The SPSS24.0 statistics software was used to compare. The operation time, the amount of bleeding in the operation and the time of postoperative hospitalization were compared by F test. The treatment efficiency, the one year survival, two years survival, three years survival, the three year recurrence rate after operation and the incidence of complications after the operation were compared by chi square test, and the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.

Results

Group A had the lowest operation time, the amount of bleeding, the time of postoperative hospitalization and the postoperative complications incidences (P<0.05). There is no difference of three years recurrence rate and the survival rate of one year, two years and three years after operation among three groups among the three groups.

Conclusion

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with lymph node dissection and radiofrequency ablation is effective in the treatment of stage Ⅱ gallbladder carcinoma.
