近年来,随着腹腔镜直肠癌手术技术的不断成熟,在经典的腹腔镜直肠前切除术式基础上,腹腔镜下的括约肌间切除(ISR),经肛全直肠系膜切除(TaTME)等技术又有不断的发展,使得腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术的手术方式不断拓展,本文就我国腹腔镜直肠癌根治术式的选择原则与规范化作一探讨。

In recent years,with the continuous maturity of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery technology,based on the classic laparoscopic prerectal resection,laparoscopic intersphincteric resection(ISR),transanal total mesorectal resection(tatme)has expanded the surgical methods of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. This paper discusses the selection principles and standardization of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in China.
