The operation was laparoscopic anterior resection of low rectal cancer with indocyanine green fluorescent. The operation video is 30 minutes. There is no film editing and acceleration in the whole process，which can especially reflect all the details of the whole process of the operation. The operation is basically standard，and there is almost no bleeding. The laparoscsope operation and suture were especially smooth. The highlights of the surgical process included preserving the left colonic artery，indocyanine green fluorescent，and closing the pelvic peritoneum with retention suture method.
