Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of pancreatic cancer.

Methods

The clinical data of 80 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the surgical procedure, they were divided into open group and laparoscopic group, each 40 cases. SPSS22.0 statistical software was used. The surgical related indicators, gastrointestinal hormones, stress indicators, etc. were expressed as (±s), and the comparison between groups was performed by independent t test; the incidence rate of postoperative complications (%) was compared with χ2 test, P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.

Results

The operation time of the laparoscopic group was longer than that of the open group. The intraoperative blood loss, fasting time, exhaust time, activities time, gastric tube removal time, urinary catheter removal time, and hospitalization time were shorter than the open group (P<0.05); postoperative gastrointestinal hormone decreased compared with preoperative, stress index was higher than preoperative, but gastrointestinal hormone in laparoscopic group was higher than laparotomy group, stress index was lower than open group after opertaion(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection for pancreatic cancer is effective, and the incidence of stress reaction and complication is low. It is worthy of popularization.
