Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy and its influence on inflammatory level of patients with right colon cancer.
Methods From January 2015 to August 2017, clinical data of 67 patients underwent radical resection of right colon cancer in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. According to the operation method, the patients were divided into two groups: aparoscopic group (n=35) and open group (n=32). Clinical data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 software. The perioperative relevant indexes and inflammatory levels were expressed as (±s) and was examined by independent t test . The postoperative complications and follow-up data were measured by the number of cases, and χ2 test was used for the comparison between the two groups . P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference.
Results There was no significant differences between the two groups in terms of preoperative general data and inflammatory levels as well as postoperative complications (P>0.05). Compared with the open group, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, intestinal recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time in the laparoscopy group were significantly reduced, with significantly lower evel of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 (P<0.05).
Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy has advantages including less bleeding, faster recovery, less complications and lower inflammatory reaction, which is high safety, strong reliability and worthy of clinical promotion.
