Abstract:
Objective To investigate the risk factors of No.253 lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer.
Methods The clinical data of 168 patients with rectal cancer and sigmoid colon cancer from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors of No.253 lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. SPSS 22.0 software was used to process the data,χ2 test was used for univariate analysis, multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed for statistical univariate analysis, and Kaplan-Meier method was used for Log-Rank test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results Among 168 patients of colorectal cancer,20 cases(11.9%)had No.253 lymph node metastasis. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative obstruction, low differentiation degree and vascular tumor thrombus were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer No. 253(P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the cumulative overall survival rate(75.0% vs. 92.6%,P=0.000)and disease-free survival rate(65.0% vs. 91.9%,P=0.000)in the metastasis group were significantly lower than those in the non-metastasis group after a mean follow-up of 25 months.
Conclusion Preoperative obstruction, low degree of differentiation and vascular tumor thrombus are closely related to No.253 lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer, andpatients with No.253 lymph node metastasis had a poor prognosis.
