Abstract:
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of single-hole endoscopic breast-conserving surgery and open modified radical mastectomy.
Methods Data of 116 patients with early breast cancer who underwent surgery from March 2017 to November 2018 were included in the laparoscopic group, including 58 patients who underwent single-port laparoscopic breast conserving surgery. SPSS23.0 software was used for processing, postoperative breast aesthetic satisfaction and quality of life (QLQ-BR23) were expressed as (±s), independent t test; metastasis rate, recurrence rate, postoperative complications were tested by χ2 test; clinical curative effect was tested by rank sum test; survival rate was tested by KM method, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in tumor remission rate, total effective rate of treatment, postoperative complication rate, 1and 2 year survival rate, metastasis rate, and recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05); Compared with the modified QLQ-BR23 scale, the satisfaction of breast after breast conserving surgery was higher in the feeding group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Single-port endoscopic breast-conserving surgery has a better application effect in the treatment of early breast cancer. It can achieve the same effect as modified radical open breast-conserving surgery in reducing cancer recurrence, metastasis, and prolonging the life of patients, and it is more helpful to satisfy Women’s demand for intact breasts improves the quality of life.
