胰十二指肠切除术(PD)涉及的解剖结构复杂、手术难度大、术后并发症发生率较高,被认为是普通外科最复杂的手术之一,也是微创外科最难突破的一个术式。随着科技的进步,达芬奇机器人手术系统应运而生,以其为基础的机器人胰十二指肠切除术(RPD)克服了传统腹腔镜手术的诸多困难,开启了微创胰十二指肠切除术的新时代。本文就达芬奇机器人在胰十二指肠根治术的现状与最新进展作一介绍,以供同行参考。

Due to the complex anatomy, difficultiesofoperation and higher postoperative complications, pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD)is a difficult procedure with high risk in the field of general surgery, and is also considered the hardest techniques to break through in minimally invasive surgery. With the progress of scientific and technological information, DaVinci surgical robot system was born. Robotic pancreatoduodenectomy (RPD) overcomes some difficulties of traditional laparoscopic surgery and opens a new era of minimally invasive PD. In this paper, the present situation and the latest development of Da Vinci robot in pancreatoduodenectomy are introduced for reference.
