随着肥胖症合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)流行率持续上升和代谢手术的快速发展,越来越多的依据证明,代谢手术可以显著改善肥胖症合并T2DM的血糖。越来越多的学者对代谢手术改善血糖的机制进行探索和临床经验分析,不同机制逐渐浮出水面,代谢手术的疗效与安全性也得到了诸多内、外科医生的接受和认可。为了使患者术后的血糖得到更好控制,代谢手术术后的饮食健康教育也得到了学者们的关注。本文旨在对代谢手术治疗肥胖症合并T2DM的作用机制、临床疗效及术后管理所取得的进展及展望进行综述,为肥胖症合并T2DM患者的诊断、治疗及预后提供依据。

As the prevalence rate of obesity with type 2 diabetes mellitus continues to rise and the rapid development of metabolic surgery, more and more evidences prove that metabolic surgery can significantly improve the blood sugar in the cases of obesity with type 2 diabetes. More and more scholars explore the mechanism of metabolic surgery how to improve blood sugar. And clinical experiences also reveal the different possible mechanisms, the curative effect and security of the metabolic surgery are accepted by a lot of physicians and surgeons. In order to control the postoperative blood glucose of patients, the diet health of education after metabolic surgery is also noticed by some scholars. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of metabolic surgery to treat obesity combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the progress of clinical efficacy and postoperative management, so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
