To investigate the perioperative situation and clinical application value of pelvic dissection.

The clinical data of 9 patients who underwent pelvic exocytosis from June 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The count data were described as "cases" or as "median".

（1）The median age of the 9 patients was 52 years［（36~69）years］，and the median length of hospital stay was 34 days［（15~60）days］. The median interval from initial treatment to recurrence was 2.5 years［（2~6）years］.（2）Anterior pelvic dissection was performed in 1 patient，posterior pelvic dissection was performed in 2 patients，and total pelvic dissection was performed in 6 patients. Among them，4 cases were performed under full endoscopy and 5 cases were converted to open surgery. The average operation time was［（6.4±0.6）h］，and the average blood loss was［（555.6±95.9）ml］.（3）Postoperative complications occurred in 3 patients，including pelvic effusion with infection，intestinal obstruction and rectal fistula. The median overall survival time was 18 months［（1~26）months］and the median disease-free survival time was 9 months［（0~26）months］，and there was no death.

The incidence of complications after pelvic dissection is high. Total laparoscopic pelvic dissection has its own advantages. In terms of short-term follow-up，the safety and clinical value of this operation are considerable.
