Abstract:

In patients with gastric cancer, the visceral blood flow is reduced and the intestinal mucosa is in a state of hypoperfusion, which is prone to intestinal mucosal injury. In addition, surgical stimulation can lead to congestion, edema, erosion of intestinal mucous membrane, aggravating intestinal mucous membrane injury. In recent years, enteral nutrition has been used as an effective method to protect intestinal mucous barrier function. The mechanism of early enteral nutrition in the protection of intestinal mucomucosal barrier function has been confirmed, but the results of different studies are different. This study reviewed the relevant studies at home and abroad on early enteral nutrition support for gastric cancer patients after surgery, sorted out and analyzed the conclusions and controversies of previous studies, and provided reference for the promotion and application of early enteral nutrition support.
