Laparoscopic assisted radical resection of low rectal cancer

Abstract:

1. The left colic artery was preserved to ensure the blood supply of the proximal sigmoid. 2. Protect nerves and ureters; 3. Ensure the distal resection margin of the tumor; 4. Anastomotic reinforcement reduces anastomotic fistula; 5. Avoid damage to the vaginal wall and bladder during the operation; 6. Reasonable use of energy instruments such as ultrasonic knives and electrosurgical knives during the operation may minimize the interference on nerves.
