Abstract:

Objective

To explore the application effect of psychological counseling based on King interactive reaching theory on patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection.

Methods

A total of 102 patients with liver cancer from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received psychological intervention based on King interactive reaching theory. SPSS 22.0 software was used to process the data. Measurement data such as mental state, quality of life, satisfaction and disease cognition were expressed as (). LSD-t test was used for inter-group comparison, and paired sample t test was used at different times within the group. Chi-square test was used for counting data, and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.

Results

Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and SF-36 before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased, and the test group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, SF-36 scores in 8 aspects of both groups were increased, and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of nursing satisfaction and disease knowledge questionnaire in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Psychological intervention based on the King interactive reaching theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection, improve their quality of life, nursing satisfaction and disease knowledge.
