Abstract:

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is the main treatment for early gastric cancer, and postoperative ulcer bleeding is one of the main complications. The accurate evaluation and early prevention of postoperative ulcer bleeding are directly related to the therapeutic effect of the operation, and there are many factors affecting postoperative ulcer bleeding, and the treatment methods for different types of ulcer bleeding are not the same. Based on this, this article reviews the factors influencing ulcer bleeding after ESD operation and its early prevention and treatment in detail.
