Abstract:

Fusobacterium nucleatum often colonizes in the natural cavity of the human body, especially in the mouth, and can have a symbiotic relationship with the host. With the in-depth study of Clostridium nucleatum in recent years, it has been found that Clostridium nucleatum is related to many diseases. Recent studies have found that its infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer. Studies have shown that Clostridium nucleatum is more abundant in pancreatic tumor tissues, and Clostridium nucleatum is closely related to poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients, and Clostridium nucleatum can promote the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer through multiple mechanisms. In this paper, the relationship between Fusobacterium nucleum and pancreatic cancer and its occurrence and development mechanism were reviewed, which could provide some reference value in the diagnosis or treatment of pancreatic cancer in our country.
