Abstract:

Anastomotic leakage is a serious complication after anterior resection of rectal cancer. Early diagnosis and proper treatment can reduce the severity of peritonitis and reduce the necessity for reoperation. There are many components in blood, abdominal drainage, urine and other body fluids. The exploration of early diagnostic indicators for anastomotic leakage based on body fluid test is a research direction with clinical and scientific significance. This paper will summarize this.
