Abstract:

During the operation, lower mesentery of the ileocolic vascular pedicle was dissected to enter the correct plane, then the ileocolic vessels were ligated and cutted at the root with dissection of 203 group lymph nodes. The right retro-colonic space was dissect and exposed, then the right-colic vessels were ligated and cutted at the root with dissection of 213 group lymph nodes. Then middle-colic vessels were ligated and cutted at the root with dissection of 223 group lymph nodes. The right greater omentum and transverse mesocolon were dissected, then the liver curvature colon was dissected, therefore the entire right colon was mobilized. The ileum and the transverse colon were anastomosed by using side-to-side method under the endoscope, and the specimen was taken out after bagging.
