Abstract:

With the rapid development of surgical techniques, laparoscopic radical surgery has been widely performed in treating digestive system malignancies. However, laparoscopic cholecystectomy has not been carried out so popularly, which even once was considered as contraindication for gallbladder cancer. Although there still lack of high-quality randomized controlled trials, a series of new clinical evidence is gradually changing people’s understanding of gallbladder cancer, and gradually began to answer the safety, validity and standardized procedures of laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy. In this article, we will discuss several issues of the current laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder cancer.

Key words: Gallbladder neoplasms, Laparoscopes, Radical surgery
