Dissection of posterior space of right mesocolon was performed, and lymph nodes dissection of the vascular root was performed combined with traditional medial approach. Caudal-to-Medial approach could assist the surgeon to complete the anatomizing the right mesocolon, and it also could assist to complete the extension of posterior space of right hemicolon.
