Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer.
Methods Chooses 2014.11~2016.05 period in our hospital receiving treatment of 98 cases of early gastric cancer patients, using computer to draw for the average packet, a group of 49 patients underwent conventional laparotomy as laparotomy group; a group of 49 patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for laparoscopic treatment.Statistical software SPSS 16.0 was used for statistical processing. The clinical curative effect and complication rate were expressed as percentage (%) and χ2 test. The operative related indexes were expressed by (±s) and t test, P<0.05 had statistical significance.
Results The mortality and recurrence rate were 8.1% and 22.5% in laparoscopic group at 1 year after operation, and 10.2% and 24.5% in laparotomy group, respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The operation index of the laparoscopic group was significantly better than the laparotomy group, the difference was statistically significant P<0.05. The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was 2.0%(1/49) much lower than that in the laparotomy group was 16.3%(8/49), the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.
Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer is ideal, with the characteristics of small trauma, quick recovery and low complication rate, it is worthy to be widely used in clinical treatment.
