随着医学模式的转变、外科技术和影像技术的快速发展,吲哚菁绿荧光造影技术被越来越广泛地用于临床,其在结直肠外科手术中获得了初步良好的效果。笔者检索PubMed、Web of Science和万方、中国知网数据库中有关吲哚菁绿分子荧光影像技术应用于结直肠外科领域的研究文献,并行归纳总结,以综述吲哚菁绿荧光造影技术的应用现状及不足。

With the rapid development of medical models, surgical techniques and imaging technology, indocyanine green fluorescence imaging technology has been used more and more widely in clinical practice, and it has achieved preliminary favorable results in coloretal operation. The literatures on indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in the field of colorectal surgery were reviewed by retriving Pubmed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastrueture(CNKI)and Wanfang database to view the progress and limitations of indocyanlne green fluoresce imaging.

摘要
