The development and prospect of laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy

Abstract:

Anatomic hepatectomy aims to the complete removal of liver parenchyma within the portal vein. In the process of improvement and enrichment of its theory and technology, there has never been cessation of doubts and controversies. The application and popularization of advanced technology promote new development opportunities in liver surgery, and also create new opportunities to enrich the theory of anatomic hepatectomy, which is expected to better achieve the treatment effect of hepatocellular carcinoma.
