Abstract:

Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is the first choice for the treatment of malignant tumors such as pancreatic head carcinoma, periampullary carcinoma and some benign borderline diseases. Because it involves the resection of multiple organs and tissues, the incidence of postoperative complications is as high as 30%~60%,including bleeding, anastomotic leakage, infection, etc.,among which anastomotic leakage is the main complication. Therefore, choosing a good animal model to practice digestive tract reconstruction after PD plays an important role in studying the incidence of disease complications and improving the prognosis of patients. Therefore, the author compared the similarities and anatomical characteristics between different animals and between animals and humans from different levels,as well as the economy, operability and ethical principles of different animals,in order to explore the most suitable animal model for digestive tract reconstruction after PD,and lay the experimental foundation for reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications.
