Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with suspension and laparoscopic surgery of sigmoid colon cancer.

Methods

The clinical data of 83 patients with rectosigmoid colon cancer from December 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical procedures, 41 patients treated with 5-hole laparoscopy were included in the multi-hole group. 42 patients treated with surgery combined with suspension were included in the pore reduction group.SPSS23.0 software was used for processing, surgery-related indicators, gastrointestinal quality of life (GIQLI score) were expressed as (±s), independent t test was performed; The incidence of complications was expressed as a percentage, χ2 test. P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.

Results

The operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the aorticoid group were lower than those of the porous group, and the GIQLI score was higher than that of the porous group at 6 months after surgery (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the number of lymph node dissection and the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).

Conclusion

Laparotomy combined with suspension can achieve a similar number of lymph node dissection, reduce operative trauma and improve patients’quality of life.
