In spite of increasingly advanced operation skills and gradually enlarged surgical indication, the laparoscopic radical gastrectomy remained a difficult surgical treatment with high technical requirements, due to numerous perigastric vessels, complicated lymph nodes dissection and various reconstruction methods of digestive tract. Therefore, it is of great importance to focus on the safety and difficulties of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, which could not only promote the surgical development , but also benefit the patients with gastric cancer.
