BRAF激活的非编码RNA-BANCR作为肿瘤相关的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,并发挥重要作用。近年来,有研究报道了BANCR在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达情况,并对其临床意义和作用机制进行探索。然而,不同的研究结果差异较大。本文综述了国内外BANCR在PTC中作用机制的相关研究,旨在整理和分析既往研究的成果和争议,为进一步研究BANCR在PTC中的作用机制提供参考。

BRAF-activated non-coding RNA-BANCR has been found to express abnormally and play an important role in a variety of malignant tumors. In recent years, the expression of BANCR in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) was reported, and its clinical significance and mechanism were explored. However, the results of different studies vary widely. This paper summarizes the relevant research on the mechanism of BANCR in PTC, in order to sort out and analyze the previous research results and controversy, and to provide reference for further research on the mechanism of BANCR in PTC.
