Research progress of autologous fat transplantation in breast reconstruction after breast cancer

Abstract

Abstract:

Although breast cancer surgery can effectively improve the survival rate of breast cancer patients, the decline of female characteristics after surgery has seriously affected the mental health and quality of life of patients. Therefore, breast reconstruction after breast cancer has been a clinical concern. As one of the important means of breast reconstruction, autologous fat transplantation has the advantages of low immune rejection, easy collection and acquisition, natural and soft texture, etc. However, whether it will increase the aggressiveness of breast cancer cells and increase the risk of breast cancer recurrence is still inconclusive. In order to further clarify the application value and safety of autologous fat transplantation in breast reconstruction and provide more theoretical support for clinical breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery, this paper reviews the application of autologous fat transplantation in breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.
