After radical gastrectomy under endoscopy，Roux-en-Y anastomosis was performed. ①π-shaped esophagojejunostomy anastomosis：fully dissociate the cardia and lower esophagus for about 8 cm. A band was used to prevent esophageal retraction. Dissected the mesentery 20cm distal to the Treitz ligament. The small intestine was lift up to the lower esophagus in front of the transverse colon. Ensure that there is no significant tension in the mesentery. The small incision was opened on jejunum at the site of preparation for anastomosis. The small incision was opened at the right side of lower esophagus and two arms of 60mm linear stapler were inserted in the small incision of the esophagus and the jejunum respectively. Then the esophagojejunal side-to-side anastomosis was performed. The anastomosis was checked through the common opening. Then a 60mm linear stapler was used to cut off the esophagus and jejunum and close common opening to complete the π-shaped esophagojejunal anastomosis；②Side-to-side anastomosis of jejunum-jejunum. Measured a distance of 45cm from the esophagojejunal anastomosis and mark the position ready for anastomosis. The jejunum-jejunum anastomosis was performed with a 60 mm linear stapler，and the common opening was closed with 60 mm linear stapler.
