Abstract:

Right-sided colorectal cancer invading adjacent organs is rare, mostly occurring in duodenum and pancreas. According to the invasion of the duodenum, the tumor invasion grade can be divided into three types: type I cancer invasion of the duodenum, invasion of the duodenum, diameter of less than 2 cm, strong mobility; Type II invaded the duodenum more than 2 cm in diameter, and the lesion site was relatively stable. Tissues around the duodenum can be involved; There was a perforated tumor in the gastroduodenum of type III, which was located in the head of the pancreas and gathered in the proximal or/or bile duct, and there was an obvious internal fistula in the duodenal papilla. Different types of tumors have different surgical methods, and the incidence of complications and prognosis are different. Based on the diagnosis of locally advanced right half colon cancer invading the duodenum, clear surgical treatment principles, according to the degree of tumor invasion and the actual situation of the patient, select the appropriate surgical treatment method, can obtain more ideal surgical results and quality of life.
