Abstract:

Objective

To explore the related factors affecting the recurrence of anal fissure.

Methods

The clinical data of 196 patients undergoing anal fissure surgery from June 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The statistical software SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the data. The measurement data were expressed as(

xˉ
±s)and independent sample T-test was performed. The count data were expressed by frequency(n) and percentage χ2 test was used, multivariate analysis was performed by Logistic regression analysis. P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.

Results

The overall recurrence rate of 196 patients after anal fissure surgery was 7.6%. Multivariate analysis showed that prolongation of disease course, aggravation of stages, anal fissure resection, history of constipation, and failure to return to hospital regularly after surgery for dressing change were independent risk factors for anal fissure recurrence(P<0.05).

Conclusions

Strengthening health education for patients with anal fissure, choosing reasonable surgical methods, paying attention to and actively treating constipation, and strengthening postoperative incision nursing can reduce the recurrence rate of anal fissure surgery.
