Breast ultrasound showed a 14.2 mm×7.6 mm hypoechoic mass with a clear boundary and regular shape at 6 o'clock of the left mammary gland. A near anechoic mass with a size of 9.3 mm×5.5 mm could be seen near 6 o 'clock in the outer lower quadrant of the left mammary gland，with a clear boundary and regular shape（BI-RADS 3）. Hypoechoic nodule with size of 6.6 mm×4.5 mm can be seen at 3 o 'clock of the right mammary gland，with unclear boundary and regular shape（BI-RADS 4）. Mammogram examination revealed bilateral mammary glands were of uneven dense gland type，focal asymmetric shadow in the areola of the right breast，no obvious mass in the left breast（BI-RADS 3）. Breast MRI showed nodular abnormal signals in the lower inner quadrant of the right breast，with a size of about 1.5 cm×0.8 cm. Enhanced scan showed obvious uniform enhancement，and the edge of the lesion was still clear（consider BI-RADS 4）. Clinical diagnosis：right breast mass（nature to be checked），left breast fibroadenoma and left breast cyst. Bilateral ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted breast lesion biopsy was performed under local anesthesia on June 20，2021. The operation was successful，and postoperative pathological reports returns were left breast fibroadenoma，left breast adenosis and right intraductal papilloma.
