Abstract:

Chinese Society of Breast Surgery（CSBrS）Practice Guideline 2021，compiled by CSBrS，was officially publishedin September 2021. Referred to Grading of Recommendations Assessment，Development and Evaluation system（GRADE），meanwhile fully combined with China's national conditions，the expert group of CSBrS conducted in-depth discussions on 20 basic problems of breast surgery in China，and prioritized level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ evidence into the guideline evaluation system based on the characteristics of clinical research outcomes in China.The guideline wasregistrated in the International Practice Guide Registration Platform（HTTP //www.guidelines-registry.cn）. The aim of the guideline was to help breast surgeryclinicians improve the diagnosis and treatment level and promote the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in China by developing high-quality clinical practice guidelines suitable for national conditions.
