Abstract:

Adenine nucleotide translocase is one kind of transport protein in mitochondria. It is related to the metabolism and apoptosis of cancer cells and has certain therapeutic potential for malignant tumors. There were four isomers of ANT with functional difference . In this paper, the relationship between apoptosis of cancer cell and four isomers of ANT are reviewed and discussed .
