The management and strategy of general surgery unit in the epidemic situation of 2019-nCoV

Abstract:

Objective

To study the management and strategy of general surgery unit during the epidemic situation of 2019-nCoV.

Methods

The manage protocol and programme which called "Four Protection Key Points" was made to ensure the safety of the unit and to avoid cross-contamination in hospitals.

Results

According to the protocol and programme, the safety of the unit、staff、patients and their families was good and no adverse event was found.

Conclusions

The cross-contamination in hospitals could be prevented by Four Protection Key Points during the epidemic situation of 2019-nCoV.
