随着社会经济的发展,全球范围内病态肥胖症的发病率不断攀升,已经成为全球性的公共卫生问题。对于严重肥胖患者最有效的治疗方法是减重代谢手术。腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)由于其众多优点使得它成为目前世界各国临床应用最广泛的减重术式。与任何手术一样,LSG也有其自身的并发症。目前我们可以使用多种方法来减少LSG术后并发症的发生,如在胃切缘处使用纤维蛋白胶喷洒加固胃切缘、通过用各种合成或生物材料包缝胃切缘减少胃漏和出血的发生。笔者梳理和思考腹腔镜袖状胃切除术后管胃固定的方法和研究进展,期望为临床工作提供理论依据。

With the development of society and economy, the incidence of morbid obesity is increasing worldwide, which has become a global public health problem. The most effective treatment for severely obese patients is weight-loss metabolic surgery. Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has become the most widely used weight loss surgery in the world because of its many advantages. As with any surgery, LSG has its own complications. At present, we can use a variety of methods to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of LSG, such as the use of fibrin glue spray at the gastric incision margin to strengthen the gastric incision margin, by using various synthetic or biological materials to suture the gastric incision margin to reduce the occurrence of gastric leakage and bleeding. The author combed and considered the methods and research progress of tube gastric fixation after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, hoping to provide theoretical basis for clinical work.
